Event Planning Services

Visit Casper welcomes your convention, corporate event or sports competition. Your high standards will be met with over 180,000 square feet of meeting and convention space and 2,700 rooms comprised of the five major convention hotels and other fine lodging establishments.

Services offered by the Casper Area Convention & Visitors Bureau:

• Sending RFPs to hotels for meeting space/rooms
• Coordinate site tours
• Help plan for pre and post activities
• Spouse and children program assistance
• On-site registration personnel – 4 hour maximum – 150 participants minimum
• Welcome bags for participants
• Name badges for participants
• Welcome table for lobby area of your convention
• Conference support person – 300 participants minimum
• Contact information for services such as catering, entertainment, shipping, printing, & rental companies
• Welcome letter to participants
• Assist with finding guest speakers
