Description

Halloween Scare in Wyoming at Fort Caspar!

Listen to a fun Halloween story, and then decorate mini pumpkins at Fort Caspar Museum’s hands-on, family-friendly workshop, “Halloween Scare in Wyoming”, Saturday, October 13th at 1 p.m. First, we will read aloud “A Halloween Scare in Wyoming” by Eric James. The book cover asks: “On Halloween, when ghouls and ghosts, beasts and banshees, vampires and witches are on the prowl, are you prepared for the scariest night in Wyoming?” After the story, families are invited to decorate mini pumpkins and gourds.

No reservations are required, and all supplies will be provided. The workshop is open to all ages and is free with Museum admission. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Fort Caspar Museum’s October hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday thru Saturday.
Admission is $2 for adults; $1.50 for seniors (62+ years) and youth (ages 13-18 years); FREE for children (12 years and younger) and for Museum members.
