Bob D. Meloy was born in Fairbanks, AK, in 1956. He graduated from Lathrop High School in 1974 and received the John Phillip Sousa Award for service in the Malemute Band. He organized groups to play at many events, including state fairs, Miss Alaska Universe Pageants, and many more.

In 1997, while playing in the Dixieland Combo at the Greeley Jazz Festival, Bob received a Citiation for Outstanding Musicianship. He currently plays with Dixieland-A-Plenty (CO), the Barker Dam Brass Band (Nederland, CO), and Just Another Brass Quartet (Central City, CO). He also plays for several local churches from time to time.

Beverly McAmis Reese has been interested in music from an early age, started piano at age 6 and continued on through college years. While raising her children there was not much time or opportunity for music but 20 years later became interested in learning the pipe organ here in Casper. Ten years of private lessons with Donna McIntire and testing through 3 certifications with the American Guild of Organists has brought great joy in serving 3 congregations – First Presbyterian, St. Mark’s Episcopal and the Anglican Church of the Resurrection. Beverly is a regular recitalist for the Bach’s Lunch Organ Recital Series and teaches private piano to children and adults.

Patricia Frolander, Wyoming’s fifth Poet Laureate, lives in the Black Hills on her husband’s fifth- generation ranch. She has garnered the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum’s coveted Wrangler Award, Willa Cather Award and High Plains Book Awards among others. Patricia has performed at the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering the past three years. She still actively ranches, but at this stage of her life prefers the padded office chair at her writing desk. She is at work on her third collection of poems.
